Services & programs

Everything in one care plan.

Each service reinforces the others. This isn't a clinic with a gym attached — it's one campus where your plan can draw on all of it.

Clinical Care

Insurance may apply — per provider

Primary and specialty integrative medicine from a multidisciplinary team: naturopathic doctors, MDs and DOs, nurse practitioners, acupuncturists, mental health providers, and bodywork specialists — all in one building, sharing one plan.

A rehabilitation center for people recovering, and a training floor for people building. Medically supervised programming means your clinician and your trainer are looking at the same chart.

Hydrotherapy Suite

Membership or day pass

Contrast therapy, sauna and steam, cold plunge, and constitutional hydrotherapy — recovery infrastructure that supports both clinical patients and members training hard.

The Garden

Open to volunteers

Vegetable and medicinal herb beds feeding both the kitchen and the dispensary. Harvest calendars, volunteer mornings, and herb features for anyone who wants to learn where the medicine starts.

On insurance: individual clinicians may choose to bill your insurance for clinical visits where state law allows. Movement, hydrotherapy, and kitchen programs are cash-pay or membership-based, since those aren't licensed clinical services insurance covers.
